217 2nd Street is a historic brick and timber building centrally located in the SOMA. This property was formerly a printing warehouse and required a complete renovation for modern office usage. Construction included a full seismic upgrade, electrical and plumbing and a new passenger elevator. Many layers of paint were removed from the interior and exterior to expose beautiful red brick.
