321 Eleventh Street is a distinguished piece of San Francisco history: site of the landmark Jackson Street Brewery ~ founded 1867. The brewery remained active until the onset of Prohibition in 1920. In 1988, Grammy-winning musician Boz Scaggs opened the legendary nightclub Slim’s next door. The area remains one of the premier nightlife districts of San Francisco.

Located at the corner of Folsom and Eleventh Streets, this building is very distinct within the Jackson Street Brewery Complex. It has an extraordinary structural steel framing system, award-winning staircase and an “actual working” satellite. As with most of our properties, brick walls set the mood of the building. It features three stories, a mezzanine and a glorious roof deck with city views.
